A retailer was looking to attract new customers and to expand their appeal to a wider market. We developed a series of innovative events in conjunction with a strategic promotional partner. Within weeks, this business had 1,000 new leads registered online and had generated media coverage on the radio and in the Sunday Times.

A small business was receiving lots of enquiries from interested prospects but they weren’t converting into sales. We worked with the owner-manager to develop his personal communication skills and to redefine the packages and pricing structure that the business offered so that he could sell his services with confidence.
